Resilience
Make sure you let your team know that you are dedicated to them and that you’ll help your team to gain the resources, whenever possible. Resilience is supported by confidence, which is best experienced when it spreads across the entire team.
Responsibility
Hold people accountable for their work. Let them know what their responsibilities are and how much it is important to achieve success in the mission and providing value to the work. Let them realize that they are part of a team and each of their action will somehow or the other effect the entire team.
Role Model
You are the role model for your team members. You are yourself answerable to whatever action you are doing.
