Improve your CTR (Click through Rates), with 3 Simple Steps


Do you want to see your blog/website on first page of Search Engines? The answer is, Of course yes! Follow three basic steps to improve your CTR:

Keyword in your Headline: It is important to have the keyword the user is searching for in your headline because Google rewards this. Including your keyword, increases your relevancy, this will decrease your cost and increase your click through rate

Keyword in your Description: It is a must for using keywords at least once in the description. As I’ve told you before, Google rewards it. It will increase your click rates.

Test, re-test and Test Again: Use different punctuation. Run multiple ads. Gauge results. During test if you know its working wonders, then re-test it to confirm it. Improvement is always welcomed.


To improve your Click through Rates, there are a lot of ways for it. The improvement of click through rates will increase your sales and decrease your costs. Google will consider your ad as more relevant.

Consistency of Brand Awareness


Initially, there is an impression created by your brand, which is very important. In regard with this you can create future impressions of your brand at market place. Remember the importance of consistency in the process of brand awareness. During brand awareness do not harm the image/impression of your brand, which will cost a heavy amount.

Ø  Message: The message of the brand should be consistent and also not deviating. From the very first of your brand launch, the audience understands your brand’s message. So do not deviate from the message you give to the audience always. Stick to your brand’s message, it is different that you present your message in distinct manner.

Ø  Image:  Like message, even your brand image should be consistent. To maximize your recognition and positive impression, it is important to maintain consistency of your brand image. How far your brand is promoted, maintain same image everywhere.

Ø Slogans & Taglines: Consistency is high priority here as well. Promote your brand in highly organized and recognizable manner. Your slogans should covey message in consistent mode. The tagline of brand should talk about the brand’s features.

 Consistency cannot be emphasized enough. It presents an impression on consumers mind to continue their association with the brand.

Developing Leadership Qualities in the Workplace



Leadership is important in all aspects of the business, whether its production team or customer service team. Leadership should be mastered to achieve greater success within the network marketing industry.




These qualities will help you to develop your leadership qualities, is what I believe:


Self Confidence: I believe this is most important trait in a leader. Lack of confidence will hold you back as a leader. Believe yourself while leading a team. Show traits of self-confidence, so that, you can lead your team as a confident leader.

Selfless: A leader who is interested only in self is easily spotted. The leader who take all the credit even if its team effort will survive no longer without respect. A person who encourages their team member without any personal benefit is recognized as true leader.

Sharp and Decisive: A leader should be a decision maker. Several times a decision is to be made, a right decision. This trait stands as priceless in a leader. When a right decision is taken then a leader is made. A leader should have ability to make decision at any point of time.

Proactive: Do not wait for orders. If you know the work should be done, take initiative and complete the work. Don’t wait for your superior to assign you the work.

Communication, Communication and Communication: Leader is ought to lead. This is done through communication. Communication can be verbal or non-verbal, but there should be communication. A leader who cannot communicate with his employees cannot expect retention.
